The Synchronism Appliance enables IT users to centralize large storage environments and multivendor environments to gain control and efficiency of their existing and growing storage systems. With the introduction of the CDR feature for Synchronism, these appliances can quickly and cost-effectively enable users to meet compliance mandates for public and private firms, including the new NYS Security Breach and Notification Act, in a cost-effective way utilizing a sites current investment in storage and network technology. The CDR feature ensures a second copy of information is always present, locally or remote to ensure safety of data and transfer of encrypted files.
