Informatica Corporation, a leading provider of data integration software, announced that it has joined the Enterprise Grid Alliance (EGA), a non-profit multi-vendor consortium dedicated to driving the adoption of grid computing in the enterprise. Informatica' s EGA membership reinforces the company's commitment to grid computing, which helps customers leverage existing hardware server assets to increase IT responsiveness and enhance data integration performance and cost-effectiveness.
