Real-time analytics combines the information stored in enterprise systems— such as enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM) and supply chain management (SCM)— with real-time data generated by enterprise application integration (EAI) systems and message queues. With the addition of real-time analytics, companies can enhance the value and timeliness of the analytic information from across their enterprise for a more immediate business response.
