The UMass Memorial Medical Center has rolled out the NDoc home care & hospice system from its application partner, Thornberry Ltd. NDoc is built on the InterSystems Ensemble rapid integration and development platform.

Mary Stone, Director of Operations for UMass Memorial Home Health and Hospice, is reporting significant benefits. “Almost immediately, we began to see the elimination of redundant data capture,” she said. “NDoc provides real-time validation as information is entered on the laptops at the point of care while also automating the entire entry process.”

PT Indosat Tbk, one of the largest telecommunications providers in Indonesia with around 33,3 million subscribers, deployed Oracle Identity Management across its 55 business and telecommunications applications, including billing, enterprise resource planning, human resources, customer relationship management and telco management products.

The integrated IDM solution allowed Indosat to establish automated workflows that enabled staff to request a user name and password online and receive approval via E-mail.

CareGroup Healthcare System, a Boston-based integrated delivery network comprised of four hospitals, selected the InterSystems Ensemble rapid integration and development platform to replace its legacy platform for strategic integration throughout the organization.

“We developed a document outlining all of the requirements and expected deliverables from an Ensemble proof-of-concept,” Steve Herzog, senior director, financial systems at CareGroup said. “CareGroup’s IT specialists designed a test environment where Ensemble was used to replicate and build the interfaces used on a production basis.”
