inCall Systems Inc. is making a customer relationship management-related acquisition. On February 13, inCall announced that is acquiring the rights to Vocalscape’s Internet Protocol and eCRM software, Vocal Connect. InCall Systems is paying $15 million in cash and an additional amount in stock to purchase Vocal Connect and is forming a new subsidiary called Vocalscape Networks Inc. “This acquisition positions us in the CRM and eCRM markets,” says inCall CEO Marc Crimeni. The company develops CRM and customer contact applications.
