The on-demand solution provides ICOR consultants with relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the overall account-health of its customers. Specifically, OnPerformance helps the vast network of ICOR consultants adhere to a governance process set out by management that track 18 performance dimensions at ICOR.
