Sunnnyvale, Calif., Sept. 10, 1999-- Hyperion will host The Enterprise Performance Management Forum next week in Toronto. Taking place from September 12-15, the Hyperion forum is the largest event of its kind devoted to the enterprise performance management market -- which is estimated to exceed $1.6 billion by 2002. Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management is an open, integrated suite of analytic applications for empowering decision-makers throughout the enterprise to optimize business performance.

The Forum will offer attendees best practices insights delivered by leading companies and industry experts, covering topics including activity based management, benchmarking, balanced scorecard, performance measurement, value- based management, and business planning.

The general session will also include a provocative panel discussion moderated by Mark Smith, program director for application delivery strategies with META Group. The panel will feature professors Cooper and Kaplan, along with other thought-leaders in the enterprise performance management space. The Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management Forum, sponsored in part by Arthur Andersen, will also feature dozens of informative sessions designed to give attendees a better understanding of the various components of a successful enterprise performance management solution.

Delivering the presentations will be executives from a variety of world- class companies, including Barclays Bank, Parcelforce, Pillsbury and Ralston Purina; as well as industry experts from leading consulting firms such as AnswerThink Consulting Group, Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young and Grant Thornton.
