Trillium Software, a division of Harte-Hanks, Inc. and a market leader in global, data profiling and quality solutions, announced availability of the Address Validation Adapter (AVA) as an option to its Trillium Software System for Oracle.  The AVA option facilitates comprehensive worldwide address validations with Oracle E-Business Suite 11i.9 and the Oracle Customer Data Hub environments.

The AVA option broadens Trillium Software's support of Oracle applications, which also includes the Trillium Software Data Quality Connector for Oracle Warehouse Builder introduced in December 2003.
Through the AVA, Trillium Software's complete open standards-based address validation functionality can now be integrated with Oracle applications. Oracle customers can take advantage of the power of Trillium Software System's global libraries of country addresses   the most extensive in the industry   to validate and correct street-level address information either during the bulk import process or during address validation and correction for data already stored within the Oracle Customer Data Hub.

Functionality highlights of the Trillium Software System AVA include:

  • Use of the OAGIS XML standards-based message format for information sharing. Developers can use message brokers without having to write any custom mapping code.
  • Support for all countries of the world that provide local street address business rules.
  • Support for Oracle E-Business Suite's new bulk import feature for validating and correcting addresses before they are loaded into the Oracle Customer Data Hub or from concurrent programs that validate addresses already stored in a Customer Data Hub.

The Trillium Software Address Validation Adapter for Oracle E-Business Suite runs on both Windows- and UNIX-based platforms and is available immediately to existing Oracle customers.
