Allink Insurance provides core, standard functionality that represents 80 percent of typical solution requirements for Life and Health or Property and Casualty insurers who are developing relationship management and/or database/direct marketing initiatives. Harte-Hanks customizes the remaining requirements based on individual client needs, ensuring compliance with the (U.S.) Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other business requirements. Costs for Allink Insurance vary based on hosting or local installation, number of interfaces, and the number and complexity of campaigns. The solution is typically operational within three or four months.
