Harte-Hanks, Inc., announced today the launch of Allink On Demand a new Web-based, data-driven marketing services solution that enables the design and execution of localized and customized mail and e-mail campaigns, around the clock from an online platform. Through a Web-accessible portal, local branches, dealerships, retail storefronts and franchises, in numerous industries, are enabled to select from a variety of brand-approved creative templates and customize them with preapproved logos and messages. Using database marketing, audiences are targeted based on the client's goals. And all of this is achieved at a fraction of what custom-designed campaigns would cost.
For example, an automotive manufacturer would make the portal available to local dealers to create and execute a variety of direct mail, e-mail, fulfillment and customer-care programs to a customized group of buyers. A marketing list, loaded in the portal and connected to a database, can be segmented by a broad range of targeting criteria, such as purchase history, gender and geography. With Allink on Demand, once a dealer has designed a mail piece, he or she can review and edit it online before it goes to print. Similar flexibility allows text and HTML e-mail messages to be designed, formatted and previewed. Further, previous campaign efforts are stored in an online database for response reporting, event analysis and messaging reuse.
Allink On Demand is available in three configurations (QuickStart, Enhanced and Customized) to fit the needs and budget of any business that seeks a "full view" direct marketing solution.
All the marketing and data services executed by Allink on Demand are supported by Harte-Hanks, linking creative and production, account services, database management, analytics and more, making this services portal an important addition to the Harte-Hanks Allink Solutions Suite.
