As we begin another new year, we should be able to see an upturn in the economy, a turn that will in large part be based on technology and the multitude of benefits that accrue from proper selection and deployment of that technology. Organizations are now moving to a more balanced technology approach that incorporates the requirements of the entire organization rather than individual departments or divisions. Following a very difficult 2002, this year should see at least moderate growth as the pressures on most organizations significantly lighten.
