With all of the claims about wireless technology and how it can extend business intelligence within the enterprise, it is helpful to see a comparison of wireless progress within the marketplace. One of this month's feature articles is "Wireless BI: It Can Go Anywhere...But Will It?" This article by Peter Teige explores the recent findings of a study conducted by that encompassed the overall activity surrounding data warehousing/ business intelligence solutions and wireless technology. While some of the findings may surprise you, can you afford to ignore wireless as the technology moves into the mainstream?

The harsh realities of the current economic slowdown force us to focus on obtaining the greatest return on investment from every dollar we spend on information technology. In his article "CRM At No Charge," Bill Dodds helps us move in that direction.
