By integrating ad-serving, e-mail and acquisition marketing solutions with data warehousing, MatchLogic's e-CRM solution enables customers to build long- term relationships with their key audiences and deliver on each consumer's personalized needs. The acquisition of DataInsight enhances the strategic value of e-CRM for MatchLogic customers.
