Epsilon,and Unica Corporation announced a program for Xchange customers to migrate their marketing systems to a hosted enterprise marketing management service based on Unica's Affinium platform. The program, which consists of strategic consulting, professional services and a hosted solution, was developed in response to the recent Xchange bankruptcy and subsequent auction of its assets. This joint solution enables Xchange customers to continue to execute on their marketing programs, achieving long-term measurable results.

According to industry experts, most current Xchange customers will seek alternative solutions given Amdocs' historical focus on the telecommunications industry and lack of experience in other industries. Concerns are focused around Amdocs' ability to build on their existing Xchange implementations and provide a feasible upgrade path.

During the summer of 2002, Epsilon began offering Affinium to its customers and is in the process of converting several Xchange customers to Affinium. With this joint solution, Epsilon works closely with Xchange customers to evaluate their situation, determine which Affinium capabilities are required to move forward, and what Epsilon services are needed to achieve and sustain their goals. Epsilon also will offer new consulting services and long-term support for Xchange customers migrating to Affinium.
