Enviance, a provider of environmental enterprise resource planning systems that measure, manage and reduce environmental and regulatory risks, says its customers in about 50 countries experienced uninterrupted access to its cloud-based applications despite a 12-hour blackout that cut off power to 5 million people in the Southwestern United States and parts of Mexico on Sept. 8.
During the power failure, Enviance executed a back-up power and system redundancy plan that kept its operations running.
