Empathica Inc. launched its Analyst Suite, a solution designed to allow business analysts to perform complex queries on customer data. Offered as a software-as-a-service solution, Analyst Suite runs data sets that are calculated in real-time, can be aggregated into existing search without IT assistance, and allows data extraction from ad hoc requests.
 
Separately, Lighthouse Security Group has announced new enhancements to its Lighthouse Gateway cloud-based service. Gateway’s new Quick Connect technology simplifies federated user provisioning and single sign-on for software-as-a-service applications. Users can also share credentials with partners to access third-party applications through one identity authentication mechanism.
