Ask information technology workers to name their favorite day of the week and they will select any day but Monday. The reason, according to Survey.com, is that the information technology department is usually bombarded by an overwhelming number of support calls, making it the most frenzy day of the week.

IT support managers assert that they are inundated with calls for help in handling personal computer and application problems on Mondays. Other support inquiries are spread evenly over the remainder of the week. However, six percent of IT support staff would gladly barricade themselves in, citing “every day” as the worst day for IT queries.
