Portland, Ore., Dec. 11, 2000 – DecisionPoint Applications, Inc. (DPA), an international packaged analytical applications vendor, announced its entry into the customer relationship management (CRM) market, delivering the first module in its CRM family of products -- DecisionPoint for Sales Analysis. With this software, customers implementing CRM e-business applications can combine front office, back office and external data for a 360-degree view of their business.

DecisionPoint for Sales Analysis is the first module in a family of CRM products scheduled for release. Additional modules will address service and marketing. The new product family is an extension of DecisionPoint's ERP analytics software through integrating financial, human resources, distribution and manufacturing data to gain the strategic insights into customer interactions.
