The show will open with a keynote address by Claudia Imhoff, senior vice president at Braun Consulting, Inc. and a respected author of such books as Building the Operational Data Store and Corporate Information Factory. The keynote will be held October 2, 2000 at 1:00 p.m. CST.

Mark Sweiger will be holding a live chat on Wednesday, October 4 at 1 p.m. CST on clickstream data warehousing. Sweiger is president and principal of Clickstream Consulting, a boutique consultancy specializing in clickstream data warehouses and e-commerce education. Sweiger is a noted speaker and author on the subject of data warehouse/e-business convergence.

On Friday, October 6 at 1 p.m. CST, a video presentation on Assured Availability will be presented by Hewlett-Packard in the Expo Events section of the trade show. Independent consultant Joe Clabby, vice president of platforms and services at the Aberdeen Group, will discuss how to develop a high availability strategy that includes the right partners and technologies.
