McLean, VA, July 25, 2000 – CyberRep.coM, a leading outsourced electronic customer relationship management company (e-CRM), announced that is has acquired 800 Support, operator of customer-support contact centers and end-user help desks for brick-and-mortar and click-and-mortar companies. CyberRep.coM will merge 800 Support’s four customer contact centers in Portland and North Bend, Oregon, with its five existing customer interaction centers, creating a national services firm with 2,000 employees and an expanded range of telephone and online customer relationship management services.

The acquisition will better position CyberRep.coM as a provider of outsourced customer service and technical support services. This market is expected to rise at least 20 percent this year to more than $40 billion worldwide, according to market researcher International Data Corporation. E-CRM is expected to grow to over $90 billion by 2003 as companies increasingly look to build customer relationships online and facilitate e-commerce.

CyberRep.coM and 800 Support serve a wide range of businesses, from Fortune 1000 to emerging dot-coms, employing a variety of high-tech, high-touch capabilities including e-mail response, live Web-chat, interactive voice response and other Web-enabled services.
