A middle market company looking to build an internally developed and hosted CRM program for 200 users can expect to spend almost $3 million on the project, according to research from The Yankee Group.
The costs amount to $1.82 million for the first year, including $300,000 for the software license, $1.2 million for service, implementation and customization and $185,000 for hardware and data center/administrative personnel.
