The combination of tailored KPIs and immediacy of information enables organizations to track the results of their marketing campaigns or website changes and respond promptly to improve results.
In addition, Real Time Monitor supports integration of RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feeds, enabling input from other data sources such as intranets, inventory systems, POS applications, or even external news and blog sites.
Casual and outdoor apparel retailer Sierra Trading Post will be using Real Time Monitor to optimize campaigns and is looking forward to using it to boost holiday sales: "Keeping a close watch on minute by minute sales and orders will allow us to immediately respond to those events that are not always predictable," said Doug Williams, Director of Marketing at Sierra Trading Post. "Coremetrics Real Time Monitor will not only show us how our website is performing, but also how traffic, promotions and sales are interacting. The dashboards are exciting and intuitive, making it easy to spot trends and immediately capitalize on opportunities."
