Clarity Systems, a world leader in business intelligence (BI) and corporate performance management (CPM), announced that it has made an in-kind contribution of Clarity Performance Management version 5.0 to the Jane Goodall Institute (JGI) to facilitate their current financial reporting and budgeting processes.

Best known as a global nonprofit that inspires and empowers people to take informed, compassionate action to make the world a better place for people, animals and the environment, the Jane Goodall Institute wanted a business solution that met the demands of their growing organization.

JGI also wanted to schedule automatic report distribution once actuals had been loaded as well as the ability to further customize their user entry templates.  Furthermore, they required more accountability and transparency on actuals when managing their expense budgets.

"Clarity Performance Management's detect and alert on user defined material, variances and drill-through to source information features will take us to a higher level of accountability," said Irvin André Alexander III, chief financial officer for the Jane Goodall Institute. "As an international organization with 17 offices around the world it is imperative we have a superior business solutions provider and Clarity Systems meets all of our needs."
