ORLANDO, Fla., Jan. 15, 2001 – CCG, a technology-centered professional services firm based in Atlanta, GA, and GWI Software of Vancouver, WA, jointly announced the formation of a new company, MS3 Online, to provide CRM services through an application service provider (ASP) model.

MS3 Online will deliver to the small and medium business marketplace a fully integrated customer relationship management (CRM) solution delivered in an ASP model uniquely priced on a per usage basis. This move is in response to overwhelming market demand – the CRM market is predicted to exceed $24 billion by 2003, creating a demand for full-service tools that are available to a customer-service centric organization from a variety of sources.
