Charles Schwab Selects Enterprise Exception Management Suite

Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. selected Jack Henry & Associates, Inc.’s Enterprise Exception Management Suite (eEMS) to automate its reconciliation processes.

The eEMS is driven by a real-time rules engine that helps diverse financial services organizations identify and mitigate the risks associated with financial and operational data. It compiles data from disparate sources, automatically matches data elements, identifies exceptions and loads each exception into a queue for resolution in an automated, secure environment.

“We believe an enterprise-wide exception management solution will better protect our clients, their assets and our firm. After a lengthy due diligence process, the ProfitStars team clearly demonstrated that eEMS could replace disparate applications we developed internally over the years, automate manual processes and be tailored to support our specific needs,” said Jennifer O’Reilly, vice president of operations control for Charles Scwarb.

LOVEFiLM Loves Interwoven Optimost

LOVEFiLM, a European online DVD rental and games subscription service with over 600,000 members, is driving improvements in Web site conversion using Interwoven Optimost.

Within the first four weeks of implementing the Interwoven Optimost Website Optimization solution, the company generated a 10 percent increase in subscription conversions on their Web site. Interwoven was called in to help when LOVEFiLM wanted shorter test lifecycles and faster results.

“We were using a solution for our Web experience testing that proved prohibitively time consuming and didn’t allow for complex testing of thousands of variations with our designs,” said Craig Sullivan, digital and usability product manager at LOVEFiLM. “We were looking for the ability to run multiple iterations of testing very quickly by discarding elements that weren’t contributing to our goals. And we wanted reliable data in which we could have full confidence.”
