Buhler Industries Inc., a designer, manufacturer and distributor of agricultural equipment, selected Information Builders WebFOCUS for company-wide financial reporting.

Blue Cross Blue Shield Selects MEGA International
Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), a nonprofit health plan, is using MEGA Internationals MEGA Modeling Suite to eliminate redundant business processes and IT systems and improve information access.
When several Blue Cross Blue Shield programs merged to create Excellus BCBS, each organization brought its own business processes and IT system to the new entity. Excellus BCBS wanted to implement a strong business analysis process to clearly identify company functions and processes.
With the MEGA Modeling Suite, we have gained a clear understanding of our processes and we have put the information in one place, so that we can maintain consistency, starting at the architectural or planning level, said Eric Stephens, enterprise architect, enterprise architecture and integration team at Excellus BCBS. Previously, we relied on individual people for their knowledge, as well as slides and Visio diagrams, but it was not nearly enough.
Kehe Food Distributors Chooses iWay Software
Kehe Food Distributors selected iWay Software's integration solutions to automate internal business processes and facilitate efficient B2B transactions with Kehe's external vendors and customers.
Kehe will rely on iWay Software's solutions to integrate many of its legacy systems and facilitate B2B requirements using iWay Service Manager SOA Middleware and Data Migrator platforms. This integration solution will support the inventory management, order validation, customer management and invoice routing needs of Kehe to support growth and improve customer and vendor service.

Yale University Selects Consona CRM's KNOVA
Yale University will implement the Consona CRMs KNOVA knowledge management solution as part of an overall effort to more efficiently manage IT and related administrative functions across the university.
Yale plans to complete integration between the KNOVA solution and an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) compliant service management tool this fiscal year.
As the initial implementation progresses, other non-IT, administrative departments are consulting with the university's IT department regarding the use of KNOVA tools in a variety of knowledge management applications.
