DirectNET Realizes Efficiency with Onyx CRM

DirectNET achieved significant growth and efficiency after implementing Consona CRM’s Onyx full-suite of customer relationship management (CRM) products as a unifying, company-wide platform.

DirectNET, a reseller of data center management infrastructure efficiency solutions, selected Onyx in 2006 in order to streamline business processes to improve workflow, enhance customer service and generate sales opportunities.

Due to its scalability, Onyx CRM was able to adapt to DirectNET’s growth and create synergies among its business units. After two years of use, DirectNET realized a number of improvements, including streamlined business processes, the elimination of operational redundancies and access to historical and real-time data across business units.

Informa Selects Xyleme LCMS

Informa plc selected Xyleme Inc.’s Xyleme LCMS for single source content development and multichannel publishing of training content in several of its performance improvement companies.

The company selected Xyleme LCMS to create granular XML based-content and repurpose it based on the unique requirements and variables of each of their brands. Large German Energy Firm Works with Open Text Solution

One of Germany's largest energy suppliers, EWE AG, selected Open Text Corporation’s Livelink ECM.

EWE's central contract management program, based on the Open Text software, was rolled out across the company earlier this year. The solution helped EWE mitigate risk, quickly access strategic contract files, research contract information and improve transparency. The system contains more than 2,700 contract files that include finalized contract documents as well as all supporting content. The solution was implemented with Open Text partner BTC AG, of Oldenburg, Germany.

“Through our Open Text-based electronic contract management system, information can be analyzed prior to contract negotiations, making it easy for anyone to understand how contracts are developed,” said Stefan Hitz, manager of documentation systems at EWE. “Contract management is an interdisciplinary process. The added-value potential of consistently using all the information contained in contracts company-wide is enormous. With a contract management solution, process mapping and support is now simple and systematic.”

Experian QAS Selected by Two State Unemployment Insurance Programs

The WORKFORCE West Virginia Division of Unemployment Compensation and the Agency for Workforce Innovation of Florida selected Experian QAS address verification products to streamline claims processing and ensure the quality of claimant and employer contact data.

West Virginia and Florida join a list of state unemployment agencies using Experian QAS products to improve the quality of claimant and employer contact information. The Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training, Massachusetts Division of Unemployment Assistance, Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, Colorado Unemployment Insurance and Alabama Department of Industrial Relations are current Experian QAS customers.

"The Contribution Accounting Section of West Virginia Unemployment Compensation Division purchased QAS software to work toward resolving problems with large amounts of returned mail caused by incorrect addresses provided by employers or by address changes,” said Michael Moore, director, Unemployment Compensation, West Virginia. "Failure to contact employers or establish correct addresses when setting up accounts creates unnecessary postage costs for our agency and complicates our efforts to maintain employer compliance. We believe that the QAS software will enable us to catch errors upfront and alleviate some of the problems we have encountered in the past."
