April 26, 2011 – Compared to last year, companies are expected to spend 45 percent more on business intelligence over the course of 2011, a new survey suggests.

Companies attributed failed BI implementations, BI underperformance and the inability to meet the needs of BI end-users to a lack of IT resources, according to a recent survey by LogiXML, a provider of business intelligence software.
