Axonom Inc. has announced the availability of several new vertical and core modules in its Powertrak V6 series for Microsoft CRM. Following on the heels of Powertrak becoming the first ISV application to be certified by Microsoft as an approved extension to Microsoft CRM, these modules complement the 30+ Powertrak Industry Solutions modules already available. The new modules further extend Axonom's position as the leading enterprise-level solution provider for Microsoft CRM and offer a high ROI industry-specific CRM solution.

The new Powertrak Technical Case Management, Product Configurator and Forecaster provide high ROI and quick payback for some of the most complex processes facing high-tech businesses. Technical Case Manager supports unlimited service sites, multiple languages, master case management and full product defect management. Product Configurator adds rules-driven "Web shopping" with virtual make-to-order product creation, full kitting, dynamic pricing, partner-enhanced quoting and easy integration to almost any back-end ERP system. With Forecaster, companies can maintain multiple revenue forecasts across unlimited territories and channels with unlimited product lines, all rolled up through user-definable calendar periods.

Powertrak also raises the performance bar with the new Powertrak Dashboard, a Powertrak Core module with real-time analytics, built-in metrics and definable score-carding that works across all departments and processes. Managers can turn on the graphical "gauges" they need to track trends, highlight exceptions and stay on top of their operations without the need to run countless reports.

"Rather than selling a set of small point-function utilities that are going to become obsolete as Microsoft puts more muscle in future Microsoft CRM releases, our customers can come to us for a complete CRM solution that they can grow with for a long time," said Clark Dircz, Axonom CEO. Adds William Barrow, Axonom CTO. "We are still on track to release Powertrak V7.0 later this year, with single-system multi-language support, an even more robust configuration toolkit and many other features that no one ever expected from Microsoft CRM."
