Despite the economy, companies still have a pent-up demand for customer relationship management technology, suggests a new survey from Lawson Software. The software developer recently surveyed 1,815 executives on their company’s CRM plans and found that:

“The survey demonstrates that we are in a customer-centric economy,” Lawson says. “Personalized and consistent customer sales support is the key to market differentiation and capturing mind share.”
