This prestigious award recognizes the top 100 business intelligence companies as selected by the readers of DM Review. In a product usage and company rating survey conducted via the Web by the Gantry Group, LLC, DM Review readers were asked to rate the products used in their organizations for business intelligence, data warehousing, analytic applications and customer relationship management. They were also asked to provide an overall rating of the vendors of those products based on expertise, service and support.
The DM Review 100 companies were chosen based on a statistical analysis process based on weighted average rating scores for each product, the number of sites reporting use of each product, the number of categories in which the company’s products appeared, and the overall customer satisfaction rating for each company. The companies serving this market represent a broad spectrum of products and services and are meeting the business intelligence needs of DM Review readers.
