The Gantry Group, LLC, a Massachusetts-based strategic advisory and research firm, conducted an independent survey of DM Review readers from May through June of 2002. Survey participants were asked to select products in use in their organizations. They were then asked to rate the companies that produce the products they selected using a four-point scale, ranging from excellent to poor. The 2002 DM Review Readership Award winners were identified based on the ratings.
