Geac, a global enterprise software company for Business Performance Management, today announced that it has formed a new partner relationship with American Express Tax and Business Services Inc. The new alliance serves as an integral component of Geac's "Buy, Build and Partner" growth strategy for expanding the value of its business performance solutions. This alliance will combine the financial services expertise of AMEX TBS with the technology strengths of Geac to extend Geac Performance Management to a broader audience.

  

Geac Performance Management replaces traditional disparate financial systems with a single, comprehensive solution that enables management to set strategic goals, translate those goals into action plans, track results, and take corrective action as needed - all based on a continuous flow of real-time performance data.
