Amdocs Limited has completed its $200 million acquisition of Clarify, the former customer relationship management applications development arm of Nortel Networks. Amdocs, a customer care, billing and order management system supplier to the telecommunications industry, picks up 1,300 Clarify customers in the deal, including 250 service providers.
The company will integrate Clarify into a new CRM division. “Clarify completes the Amdocs CRM product suite,” says Amdocs Chief Executive Officer Avi Naor.
