Under the partnership, Amdocs will resell Princeton Softech's Archive for Servers ClarifyCRM Edition to help customers using the Amdocs ClarifyCRM customer support application to manage database growth, thereby maximizing performance, availability and ROI.
Using Princeton Softech's unique Relationship Engine technology, Active Archive Solutions safely and precisely remove subsets of seldom-used data (active reference data) from complex relational databases with 100 percent accuracy. Archive for Servers ClarifyCRM Edition streamlines Amdocs ClarifyCRM ClearSupport databases, immediately improving call center response time and call agent productivity. Because Archive for Servers ClarifyCRM Edition is seamlessly integrated with Amdocs ClarifyCRM, agents can view archived data at any time as part of the workflow from within the Amdocs ClarifyCRM Clear Support application. The processes for archiving, retrieving and restoring data are transparent to Amdocs ClarifyCRM end users.
