Prior to Motorola, he was founder and served as chairman and CEO of Taligent Inc, a Cupertino, California-based software company and joint venture with Apple, IBM and HP. Earlier, as a 25-year IBM veteran and corporate vice president, Guglielmi held a variety of senior executive positions in operations, sales, marketing and product development in that company.
