2004 World Class Solution Award Winners

  • October 01 2004, 1:00am EDT

DM Review is pleased to announce the winners in our 2004 World Class Solution Awards competition.

Established in 1996, DM Review's World Class Solution Awards mark the elite within the business intelligence, analytics and data warehousing industry. This prestigious award represents the industry's best practices - showcasing those vendors and companies that have implemented solutions that address a persistent business problem and, in turn, provide a significant return on investment.

As in the past, this year's winners were selected by a panel of industry experts, and judging criteria included the degree the solution solved a business pain, demonstrated innovation, and demonstrated measurable return on investment and/or business benefit.

More than 20 experts participated as judges for the World Class Solution Awards. DM Review wishes to express sincere gratitude to the 2004 WCSA judges, including: Sid Adelman of Sid Adelman & Associates, Barb Brahmstedt of BPM Partners, Steve Craggs of Integration Consortium, Jonathan Geiger of Intelligent Solutions, Claudia Imhoff of Intelligent Solutions, Mike Jennings of Hewitt Associates, Chuck Kelley of Navigator Systems, Stephan Kudyba of Null Sigma Inc., Michael Kuhbock of Integration Consortium, David Loshin of Knowledge Integrity, Joe Luedtke of Whitman Hart, David Marco of Enterprise Warehousing Solutions, George Marinos of PricewaterhouseCoopers, William McKnight of McKnight Associates, John Monczewski of Booz Allen Hamilton, Sue Osterfelt of Bank of America, Craig Schiff of BPM Partners, Dan Sullivan of Ballston Group, Richard Wang of MIT and Colin White of BI Research.

"We received more than 80 entries for this year's competition. While all of the entries showcased solid implementations, the winning entries demonstrated world class ROI in the form of significant cost savings, improvements and productivity gains."
