Forrester Research has released its study, “Now Tech: Master Data Management, Q1 2019,” which looks at 20 leading MDM product vendors. The study was written by Forrester analyst Henry Peyret. Forrester divides the 20 companies by revenue size, and their product offerings by first, second or third generation software. First-generation MDM mainly supports systems of record and business intelligence. Second-generation MDM supports systems of engagement and insight. Third-generation MDM supports system of design, automation and IoT.
