Randy Gordon
Randy Gordon, Managing Director, Data Operations and Governance, Moody’s Corporation, leads the global Data & Information Management team in Moody’s Investor Service as well as Moody’s corporate Data Governance organization. He is accountable for driving the enterprise-wide data strategy and assuring mission-critical initiatives fully achieve their data requirements.

Before joining Moody’s, Randy worked at Merrill Lynch and Bank of America for over 14 years. He spent the majority of that time in credit risk management, leading data governance initiatives and major system implementations. Randy also managed enterprise credit risk reporting teams as well as several operational functions at Merrill Lynch/Bank of America. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Randy worked as a consultant for financial services firms, and before that, he spent 11 years at The Travelers, MetraHealth, and United Healthcare.

Randy holds a MS in Management – Financial Services from Rensselaer at Hartford, and a Bachelors of Music degree from Hartt School of Music, University of Hartford. Randy, his wife, and their daughter live in Brooklyn.
