Nigel Marhue is currently the Acting VP, Credit Operations at Rogers Communications, Canada's largest mobile, internet, cable and home phone services provider. He is currently responsible for strategic/business planning and operational performance. The teams reporting into Nigel include credit risk, customer contact and retention strategies, dialer management, call centre operations and agency collections. In his career at Rogers he has delivered several initiatives to automate and control credit and collections decisioning and treatment activities that have effectively managed churn, bad debt and operating expenses while supporting sales and subscriber growth.
