While with Reebok, he pursued innovations in technology to help transform the company into the No. 1 sportswear company in the UK while simultaneously pioneering the offshore development model with the founders of Infosys. After acquiring the UK company, Reebok International recruited Nigel to help turnaround Reebok in the US. He moved from Reebok into marketing leadership at Radius Retail and Transatlantic Software before launching his first startup researching emerging internet retailing trends.
