Michael Walser

Michael Walser is head of Market Research at M&T Bank.� He is responsible for all strategic customer research across the corporation.� He has extensive experience in providing actionable insight on product development, segmentation, brand and advertising, mergers and acquisition, and customer experience.Prior to M&T Michael worked for Socratic Technologies, Washington Mutual and Microsoft.� He has a MA in Social Psychology from the University of Kentucky and a BA in Psychology from SUNY at Buffalo.
