Kip Wetzel is the Vice President of Capital One's Enterprise Social Team. Kip is responsible for the alignment, optimization, and growth of Capital One's ever increasing social media presence.�In this role, Kip leads multiple�change�functions that focus on strategic differentiation of Capital One's product, community, and customer service presence on social platforms. Prior�to Capital One Kip�spent seven years in social media and digital product management roles at Comcast's and seven years with Accenture in the communications and high-tech sectors.Kip is a native of the Pacific Northwest and spent much of his earlier years exploring the West on foot and horseback. He completed his education at Villanova University and lives outside of Philadelphia with wife and three children.
