For more than 20 years her dynamic and effective leadership skills and ability to translate strategic visions into reality have proven valuable to some of the premier firms in the country including FSC Securities Corporation; National Financial Services, a Fidelity Investments company; and Lincoln Financial Network.Her visionary leadership style, well known by those in the field, has helped make Christine one of the industrys leading Broker\/Dealer recruiting and retention specialists. As National Sales Manager at FSC Securities, she was instrumental in the growth of Broker\/Dealer \r\nrevenues from $150M to more than $200M.Christines role at J.W. Cole Financial, a full-service independent Broker\/Dealer, leverages her experience as a strategic leader. As Executive Vice President of Business Development, she utilizes her relationship management and recruiting expertise to grow the firms revenues. Additionally, she employs her industry and marketing experience to develop and expand brand awareness of J.W. Cole Financial.Christine has also served as a consultant for firms and advisors in such critical growth areas as: practice management; marketing; technology solutions; workflow process; and regulatory issues. As an industry veteran, Christine displays a talent for shifting seamlessly between her roles in the Broker\/Dealer community.Christine holds both a Series 7 and Series 24 license. She is also an active member of: the Financial Services Institute, the Financial Planning Association, and Women in Insurance and Financial Services. She and Jeffrey, her husband of 30 years, have two daughters, Lauren and Meredith.When asked to provide feedback about what defines leadership, Christine relays: I read somewhere that great leadership is not so much about process and technique as it is about relationships.
