Charlie, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR), brings more than two decades of experience as an executive in the human resources, recruiting, and shared services realms.He and his family have lived and worked all over the globe encompassing long-term assignments in Brussels, Belgium, and Hyderabad, India (where he built a global recruiting function that has hired more than 10,000 people over the last 10 years). He is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer of Baker Tilly, a prominent accounting and advisory firm with over 1,600 employees in major markets across the United States. He was previously a Human Capital Director with Navigant Consulting, the SVP of Shared Services and Human Resources for TLC Vision Corporation, and the VP of HR for Maverick Technologies. Charlie began his career with Deloitte as a CPA serving some of the firm's most prestigious clients; he transitioned into internal Human Resources and rapidly ascended to leadership roles where he made a career of successfully managing ambiguity and change.
