�Ms. Sinsley received her B.A. in behavioral science and law and psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her J.D. from South Texas College of Law. She is admitted to practice law before the Florida Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Middle, Northern, and Southern Districts of Florida, �the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court . Ms. Sinsley was certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Mediator in 2001. Ms. Sinsley serves as the General Counsel for the DBA International and previously served �as well as Vice President and Compliance Counsel for Asset Acceptance Capital Corporation. Prior to joining Asset Acceptance in 2002, she was a partner in the law firm of Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman, and Goggin.�Her case Mims v. Arrow Financial was heard by the U.S Supreme Court on November28, 2011.In 2008, along with Manny Newburger, Mrs. Sinsley obtained the third formal opinion letter ever issued by the Federal Trade Commission on behalf of the United States Foreclosure Network. Also in 2008, she was named one of the Top Five Women in the Credit and Collection Industry by SourceMedia. �She is a frequent author and speaker on regulatory topics and has appeared on the TODAY show and Fox Business News.���
