Apologies for the framing in my prior post Gary. It's a sign of the personal frustration I sometimes feel when reading about analytics and reporting in general - for various reasons. The idea of deriving contextual insight, meaning and trends from text is really interesting and you are helping get the idea out there. The research/experience I was looking for will come. Thanks.
