Advebs, Inc., a provider of cloud platform applications for Sales and Marketing applications, announced the launch of Flowlett a complete, cloud-based proposal management system. Flowlett brings together document management, workflow management, project management, electronic signatures and “Facebook style” commenting - into a single system. With Flowlett, businesses can also securely route proposals to recipients for reviews, comments, online approvals and electronic signatures. 

BakBone Software announced version 8.5 of its flagship product, NetVault: Backup. NetVault: Backup’s now works with third party disk-based backup solutions, such as Data Domain. The new version of NetVault: Backup introduces advanced security features: a new Hyper-V plugin and extended platform support, AES-256 and CAST-256 encryption algorithms, flexibility to encrypt only secondary copies of data and job-level. 

DataCore Software announced several enhancements to its SANmelody storage virtualization solution. The new features are aimed at small and mid-size businesses that are eager to upgrade their disk subsystems and storage network infrastructure.The new features in SANmelody 3.0 enables: Non-disruptive Substitution, Redundant Pathing, Prioritized Recovery, Group Snapshot and Clone Command, Content Migration and FCoE Connectivity.

dataguise announced dgdiscover 3.0 and dgmasker 3.0. Version 3.0 is an integrated solution for comprehensive sensitive data discovery and masking. It is designed to find structured database repositories across the network, search and discover sensitive data in structured databases, and then mask or de-identify to protect sensitive data. 

Embarcadero Technologies announced the general availability of ER/Studio Enterprise 8.5. This newest version of Embarcadero’s data modeling tool combines process modeling, data modeling, application modeling and reporting into a comprehensive design and modeling solution. The new enhancements now available in ER/Studio 8.5 help data architects streamline the model review process between developers and business users and automate the communication of data lineage between systems. It enables data architects to centralize process and data models, and document software architecture. The culmination of these advancements enable information and data architects to easily understand, design and communicate software, data and enterprise architecture across the organization for improved traceability, collaboration and data reuse. 

EnterpriseDB announced the release of Postgres Plus Standard Server 8.4, an open source database product. PostgreSQL 8.4 adds several usability features, commercial support and access to resources for successful usage of open source databases in the enterprise, including StackBuilder Plus and update service, migration toolkits and certification testing. 

HiT Software, Inc. announced Allora 6.0, the newest version of HiT Software’s full-featured data transformation product designed to bridge heterogeneous relational databases with XML and structured text files. Allora 6.0 adds key functionality for data traceability that helps industries improve their understanding of data relationships and track data mapping design prior to transformation. Also new to Allora are enhancements that offer greater scripting flexibility and reduce effort in managing transformations. 

iDashboards announced the availability of iDashboards 6.5, the newest version of its flagship enterprise business intelligence dashboard solution. iDashboards Enterprise Edition 6.5 includes a host of new features designed to improve the user experience, including what-if analytics, video capability, multiple language support and an enhanced user interface. 

Kognitio announced the latest version of WX2, its analytical database, delivering analytical performance through the use of in-memory processing. Version 7.0 includes: improved in-memory analytics, offering news speeds of to access and query data; automated fault recovery, offering maximum database uptime; the removal of scheduled downtime; improved multilingual support; increased level of user concurrency; and greater scalability, allowing users to deploy WX2 and scale their systems from terabytes to petabytes, with no impact on the analytical performance. 

Manthan Systems unveiled the latest version of their product ARC 6.0. The new version of ARC features advanced analytics, data mining and optimization capabilities in their comprehensive performance management suite. The ARC 6.0 platform comes with a portfolio of analytic products targeted at major functions within retail, like merchandise analytics, finance analytics, customer analytics, supplier collaboration and analytics. 

Metalogix Software released version 4.0 of Metalogix Professional Archive Manager for Exchange with a new pricing model of $15 per mailbox in North America. This fourth-generation release of Metalogix’s exchange archiving solution also delivers new features for email preservation, e-discovery, email lifecycle management and automatic PST file segmenting for automatic exporting, including: federated search, advanced search within a search, enhanced e-discovery, search and litigation hold functionality, tagging and archived document classification support, PST file segmenting for automatic exporting of PST files and automatic installation configuration.
