ColdSpark, a BakBone Software company, expanded its Compliance Catalyst solution to enable customers to migrate between different email archiving solutions and vendors. The new version of the Compliance Catalyst solution also provides organizations with a centralized point of control from which all email archiving policies can be created, managed and monitored. 

Oracle announced the availability of Oracle TimesTen In-Memory Database 11g and Oracle In-Memory Database Cache 11g, the database caching option for Oracle Database 11g. This latest release features major enhancements including performance and scale-out through the Database Cache Grid; support for PL/SQL, Oracle Call Interface and Pro*C embedded SQL Programming language; and high availability through automated failover via integration with Oracle Clusterware and Oracle Data Guard. 

Siber Systems, Inc. announced the release of GoodSync Enterprise, the new business-ready version of its file synchronization and backup utility. GoodSync Enterprise is designed to ensure that all employee computer files — local, remote or mobile — are automatically synchronized and readily available. 

SunGard launched a new suite of energy data management tools for Aligne, a multicommodity software solution suite that integrates data management, trading, risk, credit, fuels procurement, emissions compliance, back-office, treasury/finance and management information needs. SunGard’s Aligne Data Management Toolkit helps decision-makers achieve business agility through analysis of market and transaction data from multiple sources. 

Varonis Systems Inc. announced the availability of DatAdvantage and DataPrivilege Version 5.0, which provides integrated problem discovery, enhanced data protection and entitlement management for data owners. Version 5.0 automates the implementation of file system protection best practices via its integrated problem discovery reports, which give guidance on reducing excessive access and maintaining optimal access controls. The new features mitigate risks to file system data by indicating issues in directory services and file system configurations that can result in unpredictable and unwanted access events. 

Xenos Enterprise Server version 1.5 is available. Xenos Enterprise Server provides a scalable architectural framework on an integrated Enterprise Java platform. It enables organizations to achieve their strategic objectives by supporting enterprise information extraction, transformation, repurposing, personalization and delivery of both structured and unstructured data and documents in a wide variety of formats. Xenos ES improves operational efficiency, enhances business processes, reduces risk for compliance management and increases employee productivity with lowered total cost of ownership both for the enterprise, its partners and customers. 

XtremeData announced the general availability of dbX. The dbX family consists of database appliances designed specifically for the unconstrained analysis and exploration of large data sets. The product is a fully-integrated platform and features patented SQL in Silicon hardware acceleration. It leverages commercial-off-the-shelf Linux server offerings, while seamlessly integrating SQL acceleration.
