The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore will implement a surgical dashboard from LiveData Inc., Cambridge, Mass.

The OR-Dashboard, deployed in operating rooms, captures and presents relevant data from medical devices and information systems. It updates graphic displays as an operation proceeds. The system also prods caregivers to comply with regulatory compliance procedures and certain best practices.

Other users of the dashboard include Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston and St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Mich.
